Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://apparewl.com, operated by Apparewl Fashion House Private Limited ("Apparewl"). By using the website or placing an order you agree to them.

Accounts

Registration requires a valid email address verified by a one-time password (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Repeated failed login attempts temporarily lock sign-in for security.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Each product has a single listed price regardless of size. A maximum of 10 products can be ordered at one time. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable or priced incorrectly; any prepaid amount will be refunded in full.

Payments

We accept online payments (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets via our payment partners) and Cash on Delivery. When online payment is available, Cash on Delivery is limited to orders up to ₹10,000. Unpaid online orders are cancelled automatically when the payment window expires.

Coupons

Coupons are subject to their minimum order value, validity dates and usage limits, cannot be combined, and are re-checked at checkout.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
