Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of https://apparewl.com (the "website") and to every order placed on it. The website is operated by Apparewl Fashion House Private Limited ("Apparewl", "we", "us", "our"). By browsing the website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return & Replacement Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Orders are accepted for delivery within India only.

2. Your account

• An account needs a valid email address, verified with a one-time password (OTP) sent to that email.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for all activity on your account; tell us straight away at apparewlfashionhouse02@gmail.com if you suspect misuse.
• For your security, sign-in is locked for a short time after repeated failed attempts.
• We may suspend or close accounts that give false information, misuse coupons or returns, or break these Terms.

3. Products, sizes and colours

• We try to describe and photograph every product accurately. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and small variations in handmade or printed fabrics are normal.
• Please check the size details on each product page before ordering. Stock is shown per size and can change quickly.
• Product details, availability and offers may change without notice.

4. Prices

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST. Each product has one selling price for all its sizes.
• Where an MRP is shown crossed out, the selling price is the price you pay.
• Shipping charges, if any, are shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay.
• If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid in full.

5. Placing an order

• Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it; the order confirmation email and the My orders page show its status.
• You can order up to 10 products at a time.
• We may refuse or cancel an order if a product or size is out of stock, the address is not serviceable, payment fails, or the order appears fraudulent. Any amount paid is refunded in full.

6. Payments

• We accept UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets through our payment partners, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
• When online payment is available, COD is limited to orders up to ₹10,000.
• Online payments must be completed within the time shown on the payment page; unpaid orders are cancelled automatically and the stock is released.
• We never ask for your card PIN, UPI PIN, CVV or OTP by phone, email or chat. Payments are handled securely by our payment partners, and we do not store card or UPI PIN details.

7. Coupons and offers

Coupons carry their own conditions (minimum order value, validity dates, usage limits and eligible categories). Only one coupon can be used per order, and coupons are checked again at checkout. Coupons have no cash value, and we may withdraw an offer that is misused.

8. Shipping, returns, refunds and cancellations

Delivery, returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are handled as described in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return & Replacement Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms.

9. Reviews and content you send us

• Reviews, photos and messages you submit must be your own, honest and lawful, and must not contain abusive, misleading or promotional content or other people’s personal details.
• You allow us to display and use the reviews you post on the website. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

10. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, including by trying to access other accounts or our systems, placing fake orders, repeatedly refusing COD parcels, scraping content, or interfering with the website’s security or performance.

11. Intellectual property

The Apparewl name and logo, product photographs, descriptions, designs and website content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics or courier and payment network outages. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any complaint with you directly. Subject to that, the courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Grievances and contact

For complaints about an order or the website, write to our grievance officer at apparewlfashionhouse02@gmail.com or call +91-84479 46808. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
