REFUND POLICY

Refunds are available only under the following conditions:

When Refund is Applicable

  • We cancel your prepaid order due to stock/operational issues.

  • Your prepaid order is not shipped within 5–7 working days.

  • You receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product (after verification).

When Refund is NOT Applicable

  • Wrong address / missed delivery by customer.

  • Product used, washed, worn, or without original tags.

  • Change of mind / size preference.

  • Sale/discounted products.

  • COD orders (unless approved for damage/defect).

Refund Process

  • Raise request within 48 hours.

  • Provide photos/videos.

  • QC verification: 24–48 hours.

  • Refund issued within 5–7 business days to original payment method.


RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

APPAREWAL FASHION HOUSE PRIVATE LIMITED

Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • Damaged, defective, or wrong product received.

  • Manufacturing defect.

Conditions

  • Request within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with original packaging/tags.

  • Pickup depends on pincode; otherwise self-ship.

Not Eligible

  • Innerwear, hygiene products.

  • Personalized/custom items.

  • Sale/clearance items.

  • Items without tags/packaging.

Process

  • Email us with proof.

  • QC check: 24–48 hours.

  • Replacement or refund processed after verification.

  • Shipping/return charges may apply.


CANCELLATION POLICY

APPAREWAL FASHION HOUSE PRIVATE LIMITED

Customer Cancellation

  • Allowed only if the order is not shipped.

  • Once shipped/packed → cannot be cancelled.

Refund After Cancellation

  • Prepaid: Refund in 5–7 business days.

  • COD: No refund needed.

If Delivery is Refused

  • Shipping charges may be deducted.

  • Frequent refusals may lead to account restrictions.
